Platform-private site with multi-layer identity detection

This version relies on EY Fabric or Azure platform access controls to keep the site private. Identity is detected via: (1) SPN-powered IP classification against EY firewall rules, (2) MSAL.js silent SSO for on-network EY users, and (3) Auth0 login with Microsoft social connection as fallback for off-network or external users.
